POSITION SUMMARY
At County Pump & Supply, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality water solutions that ensure every household has access to clean, safe drinking water. We're seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team, servicing and troubleshooting water well pumps, tanks, and filtration systems across Central MA and Southern NH. In this hands-on role, you'll operate independently in the field, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and receive advanced training to develop expertise in this high-demand trade. OBJECTIVES
Assist Senior Technician in the installation, service, and troubleshooting of water well pumps, tanks, and filtration systems. Operate effectively as part of a two-person field team, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job. Learn and apply mechanical, plumbing, and technical skills to become proficient with tools and system components. Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding system expectations, performance, and maintenance. Develop problem-solving skills to identify issues and contribute to innovative, practical solutions. Uphold company values of ethics, communication, and results while contributing to a positive team culture. Take initiative in personal and professional growth, advancing skills in pump and water treatment systems. Support County Pump & Supply's mission to deliver clean, life-sustaining water by providing excellent service to residential customers.
COMPETENCIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required). Experience operating box trucks or larger vehicles (preferred). Demonstrated reliability in field work, construction, or service-related roles.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$18-$25 per hour, depending on experience Performance Bonus Earned Paid Vacation up to 2 weeks Sundays Off Thanksgiving and Christmas Off
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
