Entry-Level Team Lead (Cleanup & Restoration)

We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team in a hands on restoration role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, takes initiative, and can effectively lead while working alongside a team. The right candidate is someone who communicates well, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in delivering high quality results. Key Responsibilities Assist customers by answering questions and providing updates throughout projects Monitor job progress and respond promptly to customer concerns Lead and support Production Technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently Perform restoration and cleaning tasks while maintaining quality standards Identify and address potential safety risks on job sites Maintain accurate job documentation and project records Help manage project costs and ensure efficient use of resources Properly handle and maintain company equipment and materials Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic math and problem solving ability Previous cleaning or restoration experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Self motivated with strong reliability and attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics or crawl spaces Capable of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods Able to push, pull, and carry materials throughout the workday Comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals Additional Requirements Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws

Schedule:
