Job Description We are seeking a full-time Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for responding to emergency water, fire, and mold damage calls and assisting with mitigation, cleanup, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties. These services include water extraction, operating drying equipment, mold remediation, light demolition, cleaning/ sanitizing affected areas, protecting customer belongings, and documenting job progress. Technicians must safely operate restoration equipment and communicate professionally with customers throughout the restoration process. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and able to perform physical labor in fast-paced environments. Applicants should have strong communication skills, the ability to work with hand and power tools, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation, including after-hours and weekend emergency response. Responsibilities Respond to emergency mitigation calls for water, fire and mold damage Assess damage and determine mitigation steps Extract water and operate drying equipment Perform safe mold remediation Complete light demolition (drywall, framing, plumbing) Clean, sanitize, and deodorize affected areas Move and protect customer belongings Document progress with photos, readings, and notes Properly set up, operate, and maintain equipment Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on work progress and safety Required Qualifications Strong communication and professionalism Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to work after hours/weekends on-call one week per month Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work with hand and power tools Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of restoration, mitigation or construction experience IICRC certifications ( WTR, AMRT, OCT, ASD, CDS, FSRT) - paid training available Equal Opportunity Employer All Pro Restoration of Eastern Ma is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace for all employees and applicants.
