Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance covered 100% for the employee 401(k) with company match up to 4% of total compensation Company laptop, cell phone and credit card provided Ten paid holidays annually, including one floating holiday Additional benefits and company information provided during onboarding Responsibilities include: Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, clean, and calibrate service hardware to manufacturer specifications and quality standards Read, interpret, and apply technical documentation, service manuals, and work instructions accurately Maintain inventory in an organized fashion in a timely manner Accurately complete all required paperwork and data entry Provide professional customer support by addressing inquiries, communicating repair status, and relaying feedback to the appropriate team Follow all safety protocols and compliance standards while performing service and repair tasks Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize workloads and meet service turnaround targets Identify recurring issues or equipment trends and communicate findings to support continuous improvement efforts Other information: On the job training provided Minimal travel expected
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required 2 years technical experience in mechanical repair, electrical components and/or circuitry Technical/vocational experience a plus Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.) Must be able to read and interpret measuring equipment Fine motor skills/manual dexterity is required including: pinching, pressing, rotating, using tweezers, delicate tool work, etc. Frequent sitting and standing are required Good near vision is required Must be able to lift and move 40 lbs, with or without assistance
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
