You'll be selling transformation, not incremental improvement, to an industry where margins matter and early movers are rewarded with market share. If you've built your career closing complex deals that change how organizations operate, this is the stage to do it at category-defining scale. The incumbent will assume the leadership role in the installation of Verifi equipment at new customer sites. To that end, the incumbent will oversee all facets of the installation process and ensure the systems are healthy. As a member of the Customer success team, this role requires close and successful communication across Verifi production, Product Team, the Command Center, the Verifi installation team and the customer. In addition, this role will include training new Field Service Technicians. Ensuring FST's are fully trained and prepared to assume responsibility for truck health. This job is 80% travel with a dynamic day and night schedule. Installations Communicate with the Verifi Production team to ensure that the correct equipment is ordered and shipped Work with the customer to identify work location and work hours; ensure the arrangements are safe for the install team Ensure receipt of equipment and appropriate setup for the Install team; ensure truck install quality is excellent; require that defective and unused parts are properly inventoried, packed and shipped to Cambridge Train, oversee and manage a third party install teams. Often training and managing labor for installs, requiring you to work overnight shifts. Track inventory as well as order parts and tools as required for install Training Provides; coaching and training for the trainers, FSM"s and FST pool, with the goal to widen the breadth of knowledge with every encounter and opportunity. Creating training aids and passing on knowledge to the field as we launch new technology, features, products, etc. Works One-on-one with trainees and identifies knowledge gaps as they present themselves. Help implement changes that improve the ability for FSTs to service the equipment. Help drive the culture of; doing right the first time, saves time. Documentation - New contributions Capturing Lessons learned and recording in the shared data base Creation of new training manuals and guides Continuous improvement and up keep of current Knowledge base. Field Testing New products and features Field trialing new Software and Hardware and provide input on how to improve upon what we have, now. Maintain detailed notes of steps taken to get to the end result of a trial/project. Safety Lead Embody, uphold, and exemplify the safety culture and company policies Participate in Saint Gobain Safety management (EHS) sessions and trainings Advocates the safety needs of the Verifi field team Ensures field service staff are well trained and informed on safety protocols and company policy Understand the impact of customer satisfaction to achieve corporate goalsIS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
This role will be part of a rapidly changing environment; being acquired into SGO and working merger efforts with the Chryso+GCP businesses. The environment requires a high level of flexibility and critical thinking. The role will be heavily cross functional and diverse. Currently the role deals with the complexity of, moving targets, data science, Patent law, industry. From working in the Product team as a problem finder and a problem solver, to execute and help develop; field improvements and always working toward, serviceability, reliability and keeps cost reduction at the forefront of all decisions made.EDUCATION

Possess a broad array of knowledge including computer systems configuration, mechanical systems, pneumatic systems, 12/24 volt DC electrical systems, and hydraulic system principals Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly Strong verbal and written communication skills with both colleagues and customers Organized and detail oriented, particularly with regard to maintaining records Hands on Electro-Mechanical aptitude Experience with hand tools, power tools, meters, gauges Experience in field service type work Working knowledge of the Ready Mix Concrete industry Able to lift 50 pounds Flexible work hours, overnight travel Ability to respond to short notice project work and emergency servicePREFERRED EXPERIENCE

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $92,000 - $142,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $105,800 to $163,300 Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
