What You'll Do Communicate with crew chiefs and lead technicians to understand and meet customer needs Respond to emergency service calls as part of Thomasville Restoration's commitment to rapid response Perform mitigation processes following company guidelines and instructions from crew chiefs/lead technicians Inventory, load, and prepare vans with equipment, products, and supplies for jobs Clean, disinfect, and inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe use Maintain a clean and organized vehicle with proper equipment appearance Perform end-of-job and end-of-day cleanup and breakdown Complete daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance checklists Take ownership of responsibilities and suggest ways to improve efficiency Assist with other duties and tasks as business needs evolve Who You Are Valid driver's license required At least 1 year of experience in water mitigation or disaster restoration preferred IICRC certification preferred Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset Reliable, hands-on, and comfortable with on-the-road work Your Impact As a Water Mitigation Technician, you are the first line of support for families experiencing water damage.
