Driver's License IICRC Certification Full Job Description We Are:
ServiceMaster by Elevate is a 24-hour emergency service company certified in residential and commercial fire restoration, water removal and mold remediation. We are looking for a Lead Technician with hustle, determination and drive to succeed.
You Are/Able to:
An experienced Contents/Fire Restoration Technician Manage the customer and client experience Provide priority response to potential customers Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representatives Available to be on call one week a month Able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly You might also have:
IICRC Certifications Your Responsibilities:
Analyze a job and develop a plan to restore the location to a pre-loss condition Perform structural cleaning, pack out contents and remove any non-salvageable materials Utilize company software to document job tasks and progress

Requirements:
