Join a Local Family-Owned Company With Paid Training & Advancement Opportunities We are a family-owned fireplace and hot tub company looking for dependable, hard-working field helpers to assist our technicians with installations, service work, deliveries, and hot tub moves. This is a hands-on position with steady work, paid training, and opportunities to grow into higher-paying technician roles over time. Pay $18-$22/hour starting pay Paid in-house training Opportunity for advancement and increased pay based on performance and skills learned What You'll Be Doing Assisting technicians with fireplace service and installations Helping move and deliver hot tubs Loading/unloading materials and equipment Using basic hand tools Keeping work vehicles and job sites clean and organized Working both indoors and outdoors depending on the job Climbing ladders and working on roofs frequently as part of fireplace service and installation work What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to lift heavy items and perform physical work Comfortable working with a team Comfortable working at heights, including ladders and roofs Valid driver's license preferred No experience required — we will train the right person Why Work With Us?
