Restoration Specialist

Day shifts, varies based on project needs About the Role We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Restoration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service during challenging situations. This position is temp-to-hire for the right candidates! Responsibilities Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, cleaning, and restoration services Set up and monitor drying equipment and dehumidifiers Remove damaged materials safely and efficiently Clean and sanitize affected areas following industry standards Document job progress with photos and notes Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles

Requirements:

Must be physically fit and able to bend, twist, and lift without issue.
