Job Description

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Repair and restore the structure Decontaminate and deodorize indoor space Assess property damaged by fire, water, mold, and weather disasters Carry out water extraction and mitigation services Clear out and replace damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbing
Qualifications:
Excellent teamwork, communication, and listening skills are a must High school diploma or GED required Comfortable with using power and hand tools IICRC (inspection cleaning and restoration certification) required, WRT (water damage restoration endorsement) is preferred Must have great physical fitness and able to lift 50 lbs MUST live within 50 miles of our office in Auburn Hills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Great communication, listening, and teamwork skills Able to participate in our rotational on-call after-hours schedule Empathy and compassion Willing to learn new things every day Able to work in a fast-paced environment Experience and certifications are a plus About Company Since 1986, Concraft has provided emergency restoration and reconstruction services throughout the Greater Detroit Metro Area and Southeast Michigan.
