Job Description

Restoration Technician - Water / Fire / Mold Remediation Pristine Clean and Restoration Pristine Clean and Restoration is a growing, family-owned restoration company looking to add a hardworking and reliable Restoration Technician to our team. This is not a sit-around job — we are looking for someone who wants to learn a trade, work with their hands, help people, and grow with a company long term.
What We Do:
We handle water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, attic and crawlspace work, demolition, drying equipment setup, cleaning, and reconstruction prep. Every day is different and you will learn a lot in this industry.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime available Some on-call and occasional weekend emergency work
Responsibilities:
Water damage mitigation and equipment setup Mold remediation and containment work Fire and smoke cleanup Demolition and material removal Attic and crawlspace work Loading and maintaining trucks and equipment Job site cleanup Communicating with customers professionally Following safety procedures and company processes
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Able to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces Comfortable using tools and equipment Hardworking and reliable On time and ready to work Good attitude and team player Problem solver and willing to learn Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
