Job Description

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST!
Candidate will be cleaning after fires, rebuilds, and other similar situations. We at Central Restoration Inc. are looking for qualified Water/Fire Technicians. We specialize in residential and commercial disaster cleanup: water damage mitigation which consists of water extraction, drying services, and restoration; fire damage which includes cleaning of contents and structure; and mold remediation/bio-hazard removal. We also clean carpet, upholstery, HVAC ducts, in addition to packing out contents and full construction services.

Our business is an emergency service business who prides ourselves on 24/7 availability so flexibility is a must. DUTIES Perform water extraction and pack-out of contents Remove and dispose of any non-salvageable flooring that was affected by the water loss. Perform light construction demo upon approval. Perform hard surface cleaning. Support Team Members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have the ability to communicate with others in written and verbal form. Must be able to work for long periods of time in extreme temperatures both hot and cold. Must be able to work in an environment that has suffered fire, water and wind damage. Must be able to respond to service calls after-hours and during inclement weather. Requires a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background and drug screening. IICRC certified a plus, but not mandatory.

Water & smoke damage clean-up Pack-in and pack-out of contents Ability to present self in a highly professional manner to others and understands that honesty and ethics are essential Ability to maintain a positive attitude Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect Ability to maintain a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers and client representatives Ability to provide clear directions and respond accordingly to coworkers Ability to use relevant electronic devices Willingness to be open to learning and growing Maturity of judgment and behavior Attention to detail Must have a professional appearance and great attitude Because we provide 24-hour emergency service, must be willing to be on call as needed Some night and weekend work is required Must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate Excellent organizational skills Demolition Detail oriented Work in a fast paced environment Must have good work ethic. • Clean and maintain tools, equipment and facilities. Ensure work is completed according specifications. Perform fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization, content cleaning, pack out and storage and other specialized cleaning.
