Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Field Service Technician (Printer and MFP) to support multiple large healthcare facilities in the Detroit area. This is a customer-dedicated role focused on break-fix service, preventative maintenance, and support of printer and MFP devices in a healthcare environment. What You Will Do Provide on-site break-fix and preventative maintenance for printer and MFP devices Support a high-volume device fleet within SLA requirements Manage parts, supplies, and meter reads Act as the primary on-site technical contact for the customer Train end users and assist with product usage and questions Maintain accurate service records and documentation What We Are Looking For 2 to 5 years of hands-on printer or MFP service experience Experience with Lexmark or similar managed print service environments Strong customer-facing communication skills Comfortable working onsite across multiple healthcare facilities Ability to pass a government background check Contract Details 12-month contract Competitive market pay Monday through Friday daytime schedule
