Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Put Your Mechanical Skills to Work! Personnel World is seeking a skilled Cleaning Equipment Repair Technician to join a service team in Kalamazoo. In this hands-on role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cleaning equipment both in the shop and in the field. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and looking for a long-term career in equipment repair. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial cleaning equipment Perform inspections and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Travel to customer sites using a company-provided vehicle for service calls Provide professional and friendly customer service during on-site visits Keep tools, vehicles, and workspaces organized and well maintained Complete repair jobs efficiently while meeting service timelines What We're Looking For Hands-on repair or mechanical experience (cleaning equipment, small engines, or similar machinery preferred) Experience with 12V battery-powered equipment is a strong plus Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain active throughout the day Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfortable using a tablet or laptop for work orders and communication Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Why You'll Love This Role Competitive pay based on experience Stable Monday-Friday schedule — no weekends Company vehicle provided for service calls Opportunity for long-term career growth with a supportive team For immediate consideration please apply now.
