Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Coordinator to deliver phone-based customer support for our operations in Grand Rapids, MI. If you have experience in service coordination, scheduling, or operations and can read/interpret electrical and mechanical documentation then you are asked to apply to this position.
Primary responsibilities:
Answering phone calls from customers and troubleshooting/resolving issues over the phone. Providing technical support to Field Service Technicians at customer sites. Getting parts to customers and Field Service Technicians. Quoting and coordinating field maintenance service (repairs, warranties, calibration) activities. Coordinating travel arrangements and setting up schedules for Field Service Technicians. Managing warranty requests via service ticket system.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Three (3+) or more years of experience in service coordination, scheduling, or operations within a manufacturing environment required. The ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical documentation. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Attention to detail.
