Field Copier Technician

Millennium Business Systems is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have field service experience with strong computer and hardware knowledge. If you have a passion for resolving technical issues and enjoy working hands-on with various technologies, we want to hear from you! In this role you'll: Travel throughout the assigned territory in the Detroit-Metro area to provide on-site maintenance and repair of copiers, printers, fax machines and multifunction devices. Use your customer service and strong communication skills to assist customers. Record work order details in our automated service dispatch system. Maintain a parts inventory.

Experience or certification(s) with Toshiba & Xerox equipment is a plus. A high school diploma Valid driver's license Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
