  • salary based on experience Proudly servicing Livonia, MI, we are looking for a strong Team Leader that has experience in Water Restoration or extensive construction/remodeling crew management for our water restoration program.
Competitive Salary, based on experience and motivation Responsibilities include: Lead and manage restoration projects from start to finish. Supervise restoration crews to ensure work is performed efficiently and to industry standards Help develop scopes of work to inform the estimating process Review estimates, act as liaison with insurance companies, and aid in the collection process Perform water restoration sales and technician functions when needed Work with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers throughout the entire water restoration process to negotiate and settle claims Ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Water restoration experience or construction/remodeling crew management Xactimate software experience preferred. IICRC Certification a must!
