We specialize in the sales, service, repair, and calibration of food processing and weighing equipment used in grocery stores, butcher shops, delis, restaurants, and food service operations throughout Michigan and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting and maintaining equipment, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers on-site. Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and calibration on food processing equipment Provide diagnostic analysis and preventative maintenance services Complete on-site system evaluations and audits Accurately complete and submit field service reports detailing work performed and time on-site Communicate equipment issues and repair recommendations clearly to customers Follow all company safety procedures and training guidelines Troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently in the field Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the company Qualifications 2+ years of experience installing, servicing, or maintaining equipment preferred General electrical and mechanical understanding Basic computer skills including Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Self motivated with a willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Clean driving record required Must be willing to complete a drug screening What We Offer Full time position Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within a family owned company Hands on training and industry experience Company vehicle opportunities available for qualified candidates Join a company that has proudly served the food equipment industry for decades and values hard work, customer service, and long term relationships.
