Who This Is Perfect For Recent high school graduates or young adults exploring career paths Someone who prefers hands-on work over sitting at a desk Individuals looking to learn a skilled trade with long-term potential People who take pride in doing the job right and helping others What You'll Do Respond to water damage emergencies (basements, kitchens, etc.) Set up and monitor drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers) Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, carpet, etc.) Take moisture readings using professional tools (we'll train you) Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability (this matters most) Willingness to learn and be coached Positive attitude and team-first mindset Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving equipment, etc.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bonus (Not Required) Construction, restoration, or labor experience Experience with tools or job sites What You'll Get Paid training (no experience needed) Opportunity to earn industry certifications (IICRC) Clear path for advancement (Lead Tech, Project Manager, etc.) Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities A team that treats you like family—not just a number Why RestoPros?
