If you have field service experience, enjoy troubleshooting mechanical and electronic equipment, and take pride in helping customers, this role is for you! As a Field Service Technician, you will work directly with customers in a variety of industries-sometimes in clean environments, sometimes in more rugged settings. You should be resourceful, adaptable, and customer-focused. Strong technical skills, integrity, and communication are essential. Responsibilities
  • Install, calibrate, and repair a variety of weighing systems and components.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with precision and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and calibration data. Requirements
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude (training provided for scale-specific systems).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites throughout Michigan.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to doing quality work.
  • Previous experience in industrial service or maintenance is a plus.
