Compensation and Benefits Base Hourly Range:

$27.00 - $45.00 per hour What You Will Do Install, start up, troubleshoot, and service automated packaging equipment at customer sites Assist and train customer personnel on machine operation, setup, and performance Support final machine checkout prior to shipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, HMI, and robotic system issues Work with Rockwell PLCs and HMIs, including program navigation and basic edits Support equipment involving case packers, shrink wrappers, and robotic systems Communicate field updates and machine changes to engineering and service teams Represent the company professionally while working directly with customers What We Are Looking For Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with automated machinery, packaging equipment, industrial equipment, or manufacturing systems Ability to work online with Rockwell PLCs and HMIs PLC and HMI troubleshooting or editing experience Fanuc robot experience or certification strongly preferred 2-4 years of field service, maintenance, automation, or related technical experience preferred Professional communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team This opportunity offers competitive pay, strong benefits, career growth, and the chance to join a company where people are proud to build a career.
