  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and a passion for helping clients recover from damage caused by water, fire, or mold. This role involves hands-on work in various environments, requiring both technical skills and a strong commitment to customer service. Duties Perform water damage restoration, including extraction and drying processes. Conduct fire restoration tasks, assisting in the cleanup and repair of affected areas. Execute mold remediation procedures to ensure safe and healthy environments for clients. Carry out asbestos abatement following safety protocols and regulations. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for building and restoring structures. Provide carpet cleaning services as part of the restoration process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on the restoration process. Experience Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with mold remediation techniques and asbestos abatement practices is a plus. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for construction and repair tasks. Knowledge of water damage restoration processes, including drying techniques and equipment operation. Experience in fire restoration methods is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings.
