Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with beverage equipment, including refrigeration units, dispensers, and related appliances Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of mechanical and electrical components using schematics and technical manuals Install new beverage equipment, ensuring proper assembly and calibration for peak performance Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate, minimizing downtime Utilize field service techniques to deliver prompt, professional support at client locations, often involving delivery in box trucks or similar vehicles Interpret schematics and electrical diagrams to accurately repair complex systems such as HVAC or refrigeration units Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair status, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols to enhance their experience Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by the ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams Previous experience using box trucks or similar vehicles is preferred Hands-on experience with equipment repair, assembly, electrical work, and refrigeration systems Customer service skills that foster positive interactions and build trust with clients Ability to work independently in diverse environments while adhering to safety standards Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical troubleshooting techniques is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your technical skills make a difference!
