Job Description

Join SERVPRO's top-rated team as a Restoration Technician! We're seeking dedicated problem-solvers passionate about helping people in their time of need. In this vital role, you'll respond to water and fire damage emergencies, assess situations, and restore residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities :
Emergency Response:
Rapidly respond to water damage from floods and leaks and clean up from smoke and fires.
Restoration:
Perform fire and soot clean up, water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and sanitization.
Material Removal:
Remove damaged materials (carpet, drywall, flooring).
Compliance:
Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
Schedule:
Full-time (M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) with on-call duties . Expect extended hours, evenings, and weekends during high demand.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma/equivalent
Technical Skills:
Proficient with industry equipment and hand/power tools
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills and reliability.
Physical:
Able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work in confined spaces.
Licensing:
Valid driver's license, clean record, reliable transportation.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible and additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
