Position Summary As a Restoration Technician , you'll be on the front lines of property restoration, helping clients recover from water, fire, mold, and other disasters. This role is ideal for individuals who are hard-working, dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver top-notch results.

Key Responsibilities Water Mitigation Services:

Perform water mitigation tasks including extraction, demolition, cleaning, equipment setup, monitoring, and detailed documentation. Understand and follow Cat 1/2/3 mitigation and demo requirements.

Fire Mitigation Services:

Execute tasks such as tarp/board-ups, smoke cleaning/deodorization, and pack-outs with care and efficiency.

Mold Remediation:

Complete demolition and cleaning related to mold remediation projects, adhering to safety standards.

Documentation:

Accurately input all job details into RMS, including signed work authorizations, daily notes, photos, and signed Certificate of Satisfaction (COS).

Daily Operations & Maintenance:

Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure they are ready for use. Complete beginning- and end-of-day tasks, including workspace and warehouse cleanup.

Safety & Professionalism:

Wear proper PPE and practice safety at all times on the job site. Represent the Paul Davis brand with proper clothing and a professional appearance.

On-Call & Emergency Response:

Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency assignments (with competitive compensation). Be willing to work some evenings, weekends, and overtime as required. Qualifications Restoration experience is helpful, but we are open to entry-level candidates. IICRC certifications are preferred but not required (we offer paid training). Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Able to pass a background check and drug screening. Computer literate, with experience using tablets or mobile applications. High school diploma or equivalent (required). Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical capabilities:

Lift 75 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Work in tight spaces and at ceiling heights. Climb ladders, walk, and stand for long periods.
