Job Description
I run a specialized, ultra-high-quality historic masonry restoration company in Winona. My business is fully booked with complex projects for the rest of 2026. Because my name is on the door and we work on historic landmarks, our standards for quality and efficiency are incredibly high. I am looking for one dependable, physically fit person to become my right hand. This is a unique role. Some days you will be working directly alongside me learning specialized, dying trades (like historic lime mortar replication and stone preservation). Other days, I will be off-site, and you will be expected to work independently, manage your time efficiently, and drive production forward without someone watching over your shoulder. This job is a great fit for you if: You take deep pride in hard, physical work and seeing a job done right. You are self-motivated. When left alone, you move fast, look for things to clean or prepare, and don't drag your feet. You have thick skin and a growth mindset. If a detail isn't perfect, I will tell you directly so we can fix it. I expect you to take correction as a professional tool, not a personal insult. You want a structured path for pay raises based on your actual efficiency and skills gained.
