Restoration Technician

Responsibilities Perform cleaning and debris removal using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to prepare sites for restoration. Conduct fire and water damage restoration tasks, including drying, deodorizing, and cleaning affected areas. Execute mold remediation procedures following industry standards to eliminate mold growth and prevent future issues. Assist with asbestos abatement projects by following safety protocols and proper handling procedures. Utilize construction skills to repair damaged structures, install new materials, and restore properties to their original condition. Operate carpet cleaning machines and perform detailed cleaning to remove stains, odors, and contaminants. Follow safety guidelines diligently during all restoration activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Qualifications Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is highly preferred. Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement processes. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other restoration equipment. Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols within the restoration industry. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in physically demanding situations. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
