As A Field Service Technician You Will:

Hydro Excavation Operations Operate hydro excavation equipment including water system, vacuum system, boom, and debris tank Perform precision excavation around gas, electric, fiber, and water utilities Complete car wash pit cleanouts, trenching, and daylighting work Monitor tank levels, water pressure, and vacuum performance during operation Dump debris loads at approved disposal sites Job Site & Safety Management Set up and maintain safe job sites including cones, signage, and traffic control as needed Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations without exception Apply no-shortcuts standard around utilities — precision and compliance are non-negotiable Communicate clearly with crew members and supervisors throughout each job Equipment & Vehicle Care Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and all equipment Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of truck and tools Report equipment issues, damage, or safety concerns to supervisor immediately

What We Are Looking For In You:

Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred with Air Brakes and Tanker endorsements Ability to operate or quickly learn hydro vac equipment Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and handle hoses and pressurized tools for extended periods Strong situational awareness and understanding of underground utility safety Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, and occasional weekends Frequent travel required Reliable transportation to and from job sites or yard
