This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills and take on increasing responsibility. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and maintain water purification systems Troubleshoot and repair equipment using mechanical and technical knowledge Travel daily to customer locations within approximately one hour of Gladstone, MO Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Learn and apply water quality standards and system operations Progress into a leadership role upon successful completion of apprenticeship Qualifications Moderate to advanced mechanical/technical aptitude required Minimum 2 years of plumbing, water quality, or related technical experience preferred Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership position Schedule Monday-Friday Semi-flexible hours (greater flexibility as autonomy increases) Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $20-$25/hour (based on experience) Fast-track raises based on performance and technical growth Company vehicle and tools provided Employee discounts Annual holiday bonus Merit-based raises and bonuses #
