We're looking for a sharp, dependable Mitigation Technician who's ready to roll up their sleeves, lead from the front, and grow with a team that's got your back. What You'll Be Doing Perform water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification in accordance with IICRC standards. Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.). Perform demolition of affected building materials as required (drywall, flooring, insulation). Assist with mold remediation, including containment setup, chemical application, HEPA vacuuming, and fogging. Remove smoke and fire-damaged materials safely and efficiently. Document all work performed with job notes, moisture readings, and photos. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites. Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and supervisors. Respond promptly to emergency service calls (on-call rotation may be required). Assist with loading/unloading trucks, stocking supplies, and maintaining equipment. What We're Looking For Experience in restoration, construction, or another trade is preferred—but work ethic matters more than resumes. Leadership experience or natural leadership qualities. People follow those who show up and do it right. Solid communication. You don't have to be a poet—just clear, respectful, and honest. Organized, good under pressure, and confident. Clean driving record and a valid license.
What You'll Get Base Pay:
$18.00 per hour or more based on experience
Overtime:
1.5x hourly rate ($27.00/hour) for all hours worked over 40 per week

Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in restoration, construction, or technical services is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team effectively. Proficiency in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance techniques. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Familiarity with safety protocols, low-voltage systems, and HVAC/R systems is a significant advantage. Ability to fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs or modifications.
