Summary We are seeking a dedicated Restoration Department Manager to join our team at Roto-Rooter. In this role, you will oversee restoration projects related to water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining safety standards and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish. Supervise restoration teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Conduct assessments of damage and develop effective restoration plans. Communicate with clients regarding project progress and address any concerns. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Maintain inventory of restoration supplies and equipment. Train team members on best practices in restoration techniques. Requirements Proven experience in the restoration industry, particularly in water damage and fire restoration. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment used in restoration work. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Knowledge of mold remediation practices is a plus. Restoration and xactimate practices is a plus. Certifications related to restoration or mitigation are preferred.
