Full Job Description Schedule:
Monday•Friday | 7:30am•5:00pm plus On-Call Rotation Looking for a job where you can stay active, work with a great team, and make a real impact? At Woodard, our Onsite Fire team helps restore homes and businesses after fire, smoke, and other property damage. From carefully packing and moving belongings to cleaning and restoring contents, you'll play an important role in helping customers recover after unexpected loss. No restoration experience? That's okay. We're open to training the right person. What matters most is that you're dependable, willing to learn, physically capable, and ready to work hard alongside a team that takes pride in what they do. What You'll Do Work in homes, businesses, and restoration sites throughout the St. Louis area Clean, pack, move, and restore customer belongings affected by fire and other property damage Use cleaning equipment, tools, and restoration products Safely move furniture, boxes, equipment, and household contents Assist with loading and unloading trucks and organizing materials Follow restoration procedures while maintaining a safe and organized work environment You'll Succeed If You Are Reliable, hardworking, and ready to stay busy Physically capable of lifting and moving items consistently throughout the day Detail-oriented and able to take pride in quality work Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn Someone who takes initiative and looks for what's next Why Work at Woodard?
