We are a professional organization that promotes personal growth and sharing in the team's success. Experience with routing/scheduling/dispatch and invoicing is required. We serve critical care customers, so our response time and customer service are paramount. This position is critical to our mission. We need a professional and skilled routing and dispatch pro to join our order control team. Compensation includes guaranteed full-time salary, bonus opportunity, health benefits, profit sharing, 15 days paid time off, paid holidays, professional training opportunities, wellness program, and company provided 401k contribution.
Key Duties:
Routing & Scheduling Enter service requests into scheduling program. Evaluate which Technician to send on the job. Schedule service orders to Technicians using Jobber. Route Technicians pre-scheduled jobs to maximize travel efficiency and update as needed when "add on" or emergency work is needed. Monitor Technician's daily progress to keep customers informed. Follow-up with Customers and make scheduling adjustments, as needed. Determine Customers' needs and serve as a point of contact for designated territory.
Invoicing:
Assist with invoicing customers to service-related items.
Requirements:
This is an in-office position , Monday through Friday. (While Training schedule will be 7am-4pm, once trained schedule will be 8am-5pm) Must have prior experience routing technicians in a service-related industry and prior experience scheduling jobs/work with customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to multi-task, work in an ever changing environment when customers scheduled needs necessitate routing changes and handle stressful situations in a professional manner. Ability to lead problem solving efforts and prioritize tasks. Has a personality that can handle an ever-changing environment and see the big picture. Candidates must have a drive to find efficiency in routes and pride themselves on creating both a structured but enjoyable environment with co-workers, managers and field service technicians. Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail. Sense of urgency required due to critical nature of our work. Excellent time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
