Transformer Service Technician

Acara Solutions is seeking a Transformer Service Technician for our client in Charlotte

NC 28273.

This is a full-time direct hire opportunity supporting transformer field service operations within the utility and electrical energy industry. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable supporting field service activities, equipment preparation, testing, and site operations in a travel-intensive environment.

What You'll Do:

Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Travel up to 85% Preferred Qualifications Experience in transformer field service within the utility or electrical energy industry Transformer testing experience Experience hauling trailers Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Class A endorsement Experience supporting field operations, logistics, or equipment preparation Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability Ability to work independently and in team-based environments Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications Ability to work outdoors and in varying environmental conditions Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
