What You'll Do As a Service Technician, you'll serve as a trusted advisor for our customers by delivering exceptional service and ensuring our systems continue to perform at the highest level.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting annual maintenance and service appointments Inspecting and evaluating previously installed Healthy Basement Systems solutions Building strong relationships with homeowners through professional communication and exceptional service Diagnosing issues and recommending appropriate repair or upgrade solutions Performing maintenance, repairs, and warranty-related work Educating customers on products and services that can further protect their homes Following through to ensure complete customer satisfaction What We're Looking For We're seeking motivated individuals who take ownership of their work, enjoy helping customers, and want to continuously improve.
