What You'll Do Respond to emergency property damage situations including water, fire, storm, and mold losses Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, tarping, board-ups, carpet removal/reinstallation, and remediation services Operate restoration equipment and follow industry standards and company procedures Communicate professionally and compassionately with customers during stressful situations Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency response services Assist with warehouse and facility duties as needed Support team members and help create a positive, hardworking culture What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Desire to help people and provide excellent customer service Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environments Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly Availability for overtime, nights, weekends, and emergency calls when needed Fluent in English Why Join Our Team?
