Job Description
(Pay is based on experience) Full-Time About the Role We are a growing Commercial Refrigeration, HVAC, and Beverage company serving the Southeastern United States. We're looking for a skilled Service Technician who can independently install, test, and troubleshoot refrigeration and beverage equipment across a variety of commercial environments. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady work, strong pay, and the ability to grow with a fast-moving company. The ideal candidate will be located in Eastern North Carolina and available to travel weekly to different jobsites as needed. Work is 100% field-based. What You'll Do Measure, cut and braze refrigerant piping and fittings Install condensing units, evaporators, ice machines, syrup lines, curbs and insulation Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems Work on equipment such as beverage fountains, walk-in coolers and ice machines Communicate clearly with dispatch, teammates, and customers Complete expense reports and work documentation accurately and promptly Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Work away from home for days at a time, typically Monday through Friday What We're Looking For 2+ years of HVAC/Refrigeration installation experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) Ability to work independently and manage your time Strong work ethic and professionalism Willing and able to cover on-call rotation and work overtime as needed Pay & Benefits Pay is based on experience Overtime Company vehicle (if applicable) Steady, year-round work Growth opportunities within the company Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k retirement plan Why Join Us Fast-growing company with consistent backlog of work Strong team culture — we support our people Apply Today If you're a reliable technician who takes pride in your work and wants to be part of a growing team, we'd like to talk.
