What You'll Be Doing Service & Field Work Follow proven Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every service—we will train you thoroughly Deliver high-quality, consistent results on every job Complete service jobs including: Window Cleaning Pressure Washing Gutter Cleaning Dryer Vent Cleaning House Washing And more Customer Interaction Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site Walk customers through the work performed and answer questions Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate (without being pushy) Attention to Detail Capture before-and-after photos when work is visible and impactful Record job details, notes, and timing accurately in HouseCall Pro Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment Professionalism & Safety Safely operate company vehicles and equipment Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work Represent Window Gang with a clean, professional appearance What We're Looking For Dependable & Reliable
