- LS/Coyote Swaps & Wiring Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Restoration & Performance Technician specializing in LS and Coyote engine swaps, wiring, and full vehicle performance upgrades.
In this role, you will work on classic and resto-mod builds, performing complete drivetrain installations, electrical system integration, and supporting mechanical upgrades. You'll help transform vehicles through precise mechanical execution, clean wiring practices, and high-quality craftsmanship. This is a hands-on position working across a variety of classic and performance builds where attention to detail and pride in workmanship are essential. Responsibilities Perform LS and Coyote engine swaps, including fitment, mounting, and drivetrain alignment Install and integrate complete wiring harnesses (factory and aftermarket systems) Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems using multimeters and related tools Build, modify, and route wiring for EFI, ignition, gauges, lighting, and accessories Perform drivetrain, cooling, fuel, and accessory system integration Support suspension, brake, and performance upgrades as needed Conduct routine mechanical work including fluid services, belt/hoses, and inspections Safely use hand tools and power tools for disassembly, fabrication, and assembly Document work performed for internal records and quality control Collaborate with the team to plan builds, timelines, and task priorities Skills & Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge of engine systems and vehicle integration Hands-on experience with LS or Coyote swaps preferred Solid understanding of automotive electrical systems and wiring diagrams Experience using multimeters/ohmmeters for diagnostics and troubleshooting Proficiency with hand and power tools in a shop environment Ability to solve problems independently during complex installations Familiarity with EFI systems, aftermarket harnesses, and performance upgrades is a plus Welding or fabrication experience is a bonus but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work effectively within a team environment What We Value We build and restore vehicles that require precision, problem-solving, and craftsmanship.
