Job Description

Carolina Industrial is hiring motivated Field Technician(s) to join our growing team. We provide industrial cleaning and restoration services across the Southeast, including fleet washing, pressure cleaning, media blasting, and dry ice blasting for commercial and industrial facilities.
What You'll Do:
Perform industrial cleaning services at commercial and industrial sites Operate pressure washing and specialty blasting equipment Assist with fleet washing, surface restoration, and facility maintenance Follow safety procedures and maintain high-quality work standards Travel to job sites and work as part of a professional field crew Maintain a clean and organized shop, company vehicle and work space Document completed work, maintain parts box inventory and report any mechanical issues observed
What We're Looking For:
Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors and in industrial environments Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn specialized equipment Valid driver's license
REQUIRED
with a clean driving history Legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
