Field Service Technician

Supreme Spa & Pool is now hiring Pool & Spa Technicians to work from our Lincoln, NE, headquarters. The Service Technician will evaluate, troubleshoot and repair pool and spa equipment at customer's home. •No experience necessary!•We have weekly paid training, best in class benefits, and we are passionate about offering our people careers in one of the fastest growing industries in the country! Experienced candidates that have worked in the Pool/Spa industry qualify for the fast-pass compensation pay structure Job Duties include but are not limited to the following: Evaluate, diagnose and repair pumps /motors/ filtration systems Test installed equipment to make sure everything is in working order Explain and demonstrate equipment operation to customer Record the work performed Build and maintain customer relationships Quickly and clearly communicate internally and with customers through email and messaging applications Maintain a clean and safe service vehicle Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Able to pass a pre-employment background check Valid Driver's License, 3 years verifiable driving history and clean driving record Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work outdoors Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
