We work on unique projects ranging from residential installations to high-end wellness and athletic recovery systems. We are looking for a highly motivated Travel Field Service Technician who can operate independently, represent the company professionally, and solve problems in the field. This is not an entry-level position and not a "clock in and clock out" type of role. We are looking for someone dependable, mechanically gifted, organized, and customer-focused. Job Description This position involves traveling to customer sites to troubleshoot, repair, install, and service pools and wellness equipment. Technicians will often work independently and must be capable of managing their own travel logistics, communicating with customers professionally, and solving problems without constant supervision. The ideal candidate is mechanically sound, self-sufficient, professional with customers, and takes pride in high-quality work. Responsibilities Travel to customer locations for service and installation work Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues Repair and install pool and wellness equipment Communicate professionally with customers onsite Document work completed and communicate updates clearly Manage travel schedules, hotels, flights, and logistics as needed Maintain organization of tools, parts, and service materials Represent the company professionally in the field Work independently while maintaining accountability Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude

REQUIRED
