Job Description:

Field Service Support Coordinator A global leader is seeking a candidate with strong industrial mechanic skills and repair scheduling experience for their Field Service Support Coordinator position. This full-time, direct-hire opportunity is responsible for planning field service activities for the team of technicians servicing our client's innovative commercial equipment. Responsibilities of the Field Service Support Coordinator Ensure adequate preparation of all field service activities on maintenance, repairs, breakdowns, enhancements, and (re)installations Consult with customers to plan and schedule service needs Assign field service technicians to work orders Ensure timely availability of required parts and materials Compile customer information, equipment drawings, and other technical data for each job Monitor service and ensure timely execution of contractual agreements Run on-call duty as scheduled Perform additional tasks as required Qualifications of the Field Service Support Coordinator Must have industrial maintenance mechanic experience Must have maintenance/installation scheduling experience Ability to plan and prepare complex projects Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Solid customer service skills and professional demeanor Schedule flexibility to assist outside regular working hours during on-call duty Pay for this Field Service SupportCoordinator role depends on experience, ranging from $31-$35/hour.
