Key Responsibilities:

Lead with

Confidence:

Coordinate and perform restoration processes while ensuring quality control at every step.

Enhance Customer Experience:

Manage both customer satisfaction and overall project success by communicating clear expectations to your team.

Document Success:

Thoroughly document restoration projects to highlight the quality of services provided.

Optimize Resources:

Efficiently manage labor, equipment, and supplies on assigned projects to maximize effectiveness.

Stay Connected:

Regularly update your team on project progress, issues, and important developments.

Prioritize Safety:

Ensure that all safety protocols are established and stringently followed at job sites.

Maintain Excellence:

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment.

Empower Your Team:

Coach and train restoration technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma/GED Valid driver's license At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction IICRC certification is a plus, but not required

Skills and Physical Demands:

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance Capability to climb ladders and work in tight or elevated spaces Initiative to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects Comfort working with cleaning agents and chemicals Join Our Team!
