The Challenge:

When disaster strikes, people are often overwhelmed, and they need reliable support to restore comfort in their lives.

Your Role:

As a Restoration Technician, you will be on the front lines, helping customers during their times of need while ensuring that every project runs smoothly and effectively.

What You'll Do:

Respond Quickly:

Attend to service calls as needed, providing timely assistance and solutions.

Follow Procedures:

Perform services as assigned, adhering to SERVPRO® production guidelines to ensure quality.

Collaborate Effectively:

Maintain clear communication with the crew chief to ensure all customer needs are met and supported.

Support Your Team:

Assist the crew chief and production personnel in delivering outstanding service.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep vehicles and equipment clean and organized, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory and load work vehicles with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each project. Prepare work areas, set up staging, and ensure job sites are left clean and orderly. Follow SERVPRO® production guidelines to perform production processes efficiently. Ensure clear, two-way communication with the crew chief and fellow technicians, especially regarding customer needs. Conduct end-of-day cleanup and adhere to safety and risk management guidelines on the job site.

What We're Looking For:

Strong Communicator:

Effective oral communication skills to engage with customers and team members.

Team Spirit:

Previous experience in cleaning or restoration is preferred.

Dependable Worker:

High school diploma/GED; IICRC certifications are a bonus.

Flexible Traveler:

Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Regularly able to lift 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Exposure to chemicals is part of the job. Comfortable standing, walking, sitting, climbing, and working in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces). Capacity to perform repetitive physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects. Why Join Us?
