JOB DESCRIPTION BACKGROUND TO LRT

Lockwood Remediation Technologies, LLC ("LRT") is a full-service remediation and dewatering contracting firm. LRT specializes in the "turnkey" approach to projects and can design, install, rent and assist in the operation, optimization and maintenance of provided systems. A field technician plays a crucial role in the delivery, installation, operation and removal of dewatering, remediation and water treatment systems at LRT. LRT. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess and maintain a current and valid driver's license.
• Must possess good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to comprehend and adhere to company health and safety requirements including respirator fit testing and confined space training.
• Work independently or in teams to support LRT's core business, installing, troubleshooting, operating, cleaning and removing temporary dewatering, water treatment and remediation systems.
• Active communication with superintendents, project management and operations team.
• Efficient time management to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Skill in using various hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs., working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and address their needs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, nights and on-call hours as required.
• Shop work includes but is not limited to cleaning, testing and maintaining shop and equipment, preparation of jobs and operating a forklift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

DESIREABLE SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

OSHA 10, OSHA

30 and/or OSHA 40.

• DOT Medical Card.
• MA Hoisting Licenses (2A/1C).
• MA Grade 2 Wastewater License.
• Prior experience working in the construction and/or environmental industry.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation, troubleshooting, time management and accessing technical information.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The company pays competitive salaries, provides medical and dental benefits, 401K, profit sharing and paid time off (PTO). This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The location of the job is in Lawrenceville, NJ.
