Restoration Technician

At Above and Beyond Cleaning & Restoration, we're not just cleaning properties, we're restoring them. From rooftops to foundations, we help homeowners and businesses bring their spaces back to life. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Restoration Technician to assist with a wide range of exterior cleaning and restoration services.

What You'll Do:

Window cleaning (residential & commercial) Gutter cleaning and guard installation House washing, roof cleaning, soft washing, and pressure washing Solar panel and outdoor fixture cleaning General exterior property restoration and upkeep Assist with specialty cleaning projects as needed This is a hands-on, physical role where attention to detail and pride in your work truly matter.

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in restoration, exterior cleaning, or construction is strongly preferred Knowledge of cleaning methods related to water, mold, or property restoration is a plus Ability to safely operate ladders, hand tools, power tools, and restoration equipment Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift, climb, and work in various environments Detail-oriented with a strong respect for safety standards and proper procedures Dependable, with a solid work ethic and positive attitude Clear communication skills when working with team members and clients Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
