Field Service Technician (Kitchen and Bathroom)

Duties Diagnose and repair a wide range of kitchen and bathroom appliances, including toilets, cabinets, ovens, sinks, and fixtures. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot issues accurately. Perform appliance installation, assembly, and equipment repair with precision and attention to detail. Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns and extend appliance lifespan. Communicate clearly with customers about repairs needed, timelines, and safety procedures to ensure a positive experience. Use a box truck or similar vehicle to safely transport tools and parts to job sites while adhering to delivery schedules. Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inventory logs for each job completed. Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with a strong mechanical background. Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration principles, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and plumbing is highly desirable. Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams confidently. Prior experience as a delivery driver or in logistics enhances efficiency in managing schedules and routes. Hands-on experience with equipment repair, assembly, and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Valid driver's license with experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles; clean driving record preferred. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment safely and work in various environments; comfort working independently in the field is essential.
