Restoration Lead Technician

What You'll Do:

Work alongside experienced team members in mold remediation, water mitigation, and indoor air quality projects Learn job site management, scope execution, and safety standards under IICRC S500 and S520 Assist with equipment setup, demo work, HEPA vac and antimicrobial protocols Maintain job documentation, photos, and cleanliness of equipment and vehicles Help ensure jobs are completed to the "Standard of Clean" and build strong customer relationships

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in water/mold restoration or construction Must be reliable, on time, and ready to learn and grow Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Physically able to lift 25+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces Experience with

IICRC WRT / ASD

is a plus - we will help you get certified if not
