You will utilize your technical craftsmanship to restore damaged items to their original quality, ensuring every client receives a premium, world-class experience. Responsibilities Execute high-quality repairs on furniture surfaces, including wood refinishing, leather touch-ups, and structural upholstery fixes. Assess damage severity to determine the most efficient restoration methods, including advanced part replacements and corner rebuilds. Operate spray booths and specialized hand tools, such as impact drivers and multi-tools, with precision and safety. Maintain an organized service vehicle and ensure all repair supplies and hardware are fully stocked for daily routes. Collaborate with warehouse teams to inspect damaged inventory and provide guidance on minor touch-up techniques. Document recurring product issues and report on repair outcomes to help improve overall quality control. Manage a daily service route independently, ensuring timely arrivals and professional communication with customers. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly workspace in both residential and warehouse environments. Required Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in furniture repair, wood refinishing, or color matching. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and reaching. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer programs and accurate reporting. Preferred Skills Experience with upholstery and leather restoration techniques.
